Screening, Temperature Checks & Employee Training

Extensive employee protocols are put in place including screening questions, employee temperature checks and training programs on health and safety protocols. We ask guests to stay at home if they have COVID-19 related symptoms or live with someone who has recently tested positive. 

Mandatory Masks & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

While guests will be strongly encouraged to wear masks in public areas, you will not be required to eat with a mask on.  Our employees will be required to wear an approved mask while working in the public area.   Gloves will NOT be required as they are a health risk.  We will continue to demonstrate sanitation & safety. 

Hand washing & Enhanced Sanitation

Guests in our space will find easy access  hand washing and hand sanitizer in the restaurant.   Although our cleaning protocols have always been important, we have increased the amount of routine cleaning, with a focus on high-touch surfaces and common areas using cleaning products that meet EPA guidelines.

HVAC Controls and Air Quality

Rigorous measures have been taken to provide as much outside air circulation as we can throughout our buildings  with air filters that meet or exceed published standard.

 

Updated our Certifications

Our complete kitchen staff has undergone a rigorous 8 hour class & test to update all our food safety protocals and procedures.  As of 5-20-2020 we all have been certifiedState test number 2942474

Digital Innovations

We are reimagining several aspects of the guest experience through technology to transition current processes into contactless options for guests. We are putting the arrival experience into the hands of the customers, enabling them reserve, order & pay  all completely  touchless  through our integrated system

Smart Practices

The new dining experience will also have some changes in our methods.  We also will be providing all condiments in one time use personal packaging.  We will also no longer have reusable menus.  We are completely digital & can also have a throw away menu provided for you.
